The BossHoss - You

Strap in, folks, because The BossHoss is about to send us on a genre-bending joyride with their latest release, YOU.

This country rock firecracker features Dutch country-pop maverick, Ilse DeLange, in a knockout combo that’s as tasty as a pretzel and beer at Oktoberfest.

With a potent mix of vocals, unstoppable energy, and hooks that’ll replay in your head like a late-night earworm, YOU weaves a kaleidoscope of pop vibes into its country rock tapestry. Over a strapping thirteen-year stint, The BossHoss has done more than just stake a claim on the global music frontier – they’ve built a gold (and platinum) paved empire.

With a staggering 2 million albums sold worldwide and nine chart-dethroning albums, their discography isn’t just a collection of hits: it’s a monument to their relentless hustle and irrefutable talent. Their Top 5 status in the German album charts is as much a staple as a Berliner currywurst. Their last two albums didn't just graze the charts, they straight-up conquered them, capturing the coveted #1 spot in German charts, with Liberty Of Action alone shifting over 500,000 copies.

Their exceptional achievements have earned them the esteemed ECHO award for Best National Band in the Rock/Pop category, a German honour that’s basically the Grammy’s cooler, beer-loving cousin. The BossHoss, known for their electrifying live performances, have stormed across 23 countries since 2005, delivering over 1,500 live shows.

‘‘ With the release of YOU, The BossHoss isn’t just looking to set the global charts ablaze - they're ready to make streaming algorithms dance to their beat. So, let’s just say, if you're not on this bandwagon yet, it’s time to saddle up!

These Berlin-based septet is now revving up to drop their tenth studio album, Electric Horsemen, a release as eagerly awaited as a new season of Dark after their chart-topping 2018 album, Black Is Beautiful. In Electric Horsemen, Alec ‘Boss Burns’ Völkel and Sascha ‘Hoss Power’ Vollmer crank up their signature country rock voltage, while artfully threading in fresh stylistic elements.

Across 12 tracks, the album spins a dazzling web of Las Vegas glitter, Studio 54 groove, and their authentic country rock soul.
